Today, Barnside Brotherhood went to college! And let me tell you, our first day went pretty darn good! 🤠
We are incredibly honored to share that a landscape design class at Louisiana State University (LSU) chose Barnside Brotherhood as its project this semester!
These students are putting their creativity and education to work designing the layout of our ranch, with one important goal in mind: maximizing human horse interaction and creating an environment where healing can happen naturally.
Today, we had the opportunity to visit LSU, meet with the students, and see the progress they’ve already made. Watching a group of young minds take something we’ve built from the heart and begin envisioning how it can grow is an experience we don’t take for granted.
When we started Barnside Brotherhood, the dream was simple: create a place where veterans and first responders could find peace, reconnect with themselves, and experience the healing power of horses.
Now, that dream is making its way into a college classroom, where the next generation of designers is helping us shape its future.
To the students and faculty at LSU, thank you for choosing us, believing in our mission, and investing your time and talent into something that means so much to so many.
We’re not just building a ranch. We’re building a place where lives can change, where bonds are formed, and where the healing never has to stop.
And if our first day of college is any indication, the future of Barnside Brotherhood is looking mighty bright!
