Bee Amazzzing Hives We are a local Beekeeping family with a small apiary. A love and fascination of these tiny little honey bees keeps it very enjoyable and fulfilling.

The variety of flavors the honey bees produce from the local nectar sources is truly AMAZZZING 🐝 🍯

2026 Economy Borough Community Day is this Saturday, Sept 26th from 2pm on, finished off with fireworks!
Bee Amazzzing Hives will be there selling honey, honey sticks, honey candy, beeswax and more!🐝
Stop by and grab some of my award winning honey and help support my "honey bee addiction" 😋
This honey is straight from my hives located right here in Economy Borough. Can't get any more local than that!!😄
We will have my very own "Honey Bee Plinko" there where you can try your luck!
If all goes right, I will have my observation hive with "live honey bees" on display.🐝
Spread the word and we hope to see you there.

I just returned home to Pennsylvania from the WV State Beekeepers Fall Conference Bee Fair and Honey Show.
I had a great time learning more about honey bees and beekeeping.
I had the chance to chat with so many beekeepers. Some I had met previosly, and it was nice catching up but some I met for the first time and grateful to have to chance to sit and talk.
I also entered some of my honey, beeswax and photos I had taken.
Came back with "4" First Place Blue Ribbons, "2" Yellow Commendable Ribbons and the Leonard Cahn Award for Beeswax, best of all beeswax items entered in the honey show.
Thank you to WV Beekeepers Association for hosting a great event!

Thanks to Mark from Baldwin for reporting a honey bee swarm on beeswarmed.org
that landed in a magnolia tree in his front yard. I drove out this morning to gather them and take them to their new home.
Its been a fun swarm season so far this year!
If you see a swarm please let me know. We don't want folks to exterminate our precious pollinators.

Japanese Knotweed Honey is definitely my favorite!! 🍯 This dark ruby red honey is made from nectar gathered from this fall plant. Japanese Knotweed is considered an invasive plant but honey bees love it. It's always limited to the bloom of its flower each year. This is the same award winning honey that I won first place and the Fern Wilson, best of show awards at the West Virginia State Beekeepers Spring Summit in February.
It's a rainy day so bottled up this last little bit this morning.
