Tiny dog. Very questionable understanding of gravity. 😂

We’ve been working on getting all four paws settled before asking for any real duration, and this was one of those reps where everything finally clicked.

I left the little progression that helped us most in the comments. 👇

No jumping. No dancing. Just a very serious little Sit → Stand negotiation. 😂

This exercise is great for body awareness when you slow it down enough to make every position clear.

One cue. One clean retrieve. Straight back home.

Going after the toy is usually the exciting part. Learning that the job isn’t finished until you come back is where things get interesting.

Obedience is mechanical, but trick chaining is a dance. 🕺🐾Watch how his weight shifts cleanly from his front paws to his hocks as he goes from a tight Pivot right into a snappy Flip. This level of synergy doesn't come from just shouting commands—it comes from building a shared rhythm and deep focus between handler and hound! 🔄⚡When you operate like a synchronized team, you might as well look the part. Today's official team uniform features my favorite furry face right over my heart! 🥰👕💬 Want to master the weight-shift technique so your dog doesn't lose balance? Total synchronization or total chaos? 🔄🔥 We are aiming for the first one!The Pivot & Flip combo is a true masterclass in handler focus. If my shoulder drops even a fraction of an inch too early, his hips overshoot the target. It’s an intense dance that requires both of us to be 100% locked in! 🧠📐When you're working on precision footwork like this, having comfortable gear—and looking like a professional team—makes all the difference. 🐕✨💬 Want to know how we keep his front paws glued to the center spot while his hips swing around?
