Because we specialize in nervous and anxious pups, we schedule one pet at a time to keep things calm and stress-free. That means when an appointment is missed without notice—or changed at the last minute—there are two groomers here who’ve set aside that time and don’t get paid.
We completely understand that life happens! We just ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule—even a quick message is always appreciated 💕
To keep things fair for everyone, deposits may be required for new clients and for those with a history of missed or last-minute cancellation of appointments. Any deposit will be applied directly toward your service that day.
