Meet Olivia, an adorable 1-year-old Shih Tzu mix, weighing around 15–20 pounds. This sweet girl was found as a stray and arrived at rescue feeling shy and unsure of people. But with patience and kindness, Olivia is learning to trust and letting her playful personality shine! 🥰
