SITUATION: Client called post-storm. Had not scooped in 14 days, citing belief that "heavy rain would take care of it." Recent storms had been significant.

FIELD ASSESSMENT: Extended post-storm grid survey conducted.

FINDINGS: Rain does not eliminate pet waste. It redistributes it. Deposits were scattered across a wider area than anticipated, including portions adjacent to neighbor's fence.

CLIENT EDUCATION: Dog waste + rain = wider spread of bacteria and pathogens. Preventive cleanup before storms is strongly recommended. Storm drains flow to local waterways, not treatment facilities.

SITUATION: Emergency call received at 4:15 PM. Birthday party at 5:00 PM. Backyard unscooped 9 days. Two resident dogs. Client: "potentially catastrophic."

RESPONSE TIME: 22 minutes to site.

FINDINGS: 17 deposits removed across 1,200 sq ft. Concentration near back fence, secondary cluster near patio. Perimeter clear by 4:58 PM.

MISSION OUTCOME: Party proceeded without incident. Client's mother-in-law complimented the "tidy yard."
