Mama Clover is starting to fill out and look like a dog!! She got a good bath and a nail trim and she’s starting to look like a proper inside pet instead of a stray! She is in the prep phase for heartworm treatment and we spent about 700 dollars just on prep bloodwork, X-rays, medication, and vaccines. We would appreciate any donations to her care!

Barrow county community!

SOHF is hosting a low-cost pet vaccine clinic on Sunday, June 14 from 2-4 PM at Barrow County Animal Control in Winder. We will also offer microchipping for dogs and cats. All dogs and cats at least six weeks of age are welcome; Barrow county residency is not required. Payment must be made in cash. PLEASE NOTE — if your pet cannot maintain decorum in line around other people and pets and be easily handled by our veterinary staff, we will unfortunately be unable to serve you.

This is an indoor event so don’t let the threat of rain prevent you from coming.

Aspen, loved visiting Grower's Outlet and enjoyed a pup cup before smelling all the flowers! 🌺 🐾

She won a goody bag with treats for being her amazing self and winning smallest dog! She is going to be an amazing addition to a family one day - hopefully soon!
