this morning, i had this man in my chair for a medium skin fade and he was such a great client to have on a slow day like today. we faded him up all with my tried and true clippers & trimmers. definitely the highlight of this work day! 😌

🌬breezy days & blurry fades! 🌬

today i had the privilege of giving this man a stylish cut for the best of both the civilian & military worlds by giving him a medium skin fade on the sides and back! i also cleaned him up with a pompadour-esque reshaping cut on top and finished with jupiter aftershave gel on his neck to soothe any irritation from the trimmers & clippers!

💼 peaky blinders, but add a little spice! 💼

this man came into the barber shop before his work shift & asked for a shadow fade. with the help of my equipment & products, a little hair magic was done! we gave him a good skin fade and trim on top to make him feel classy & confident with a modern twist! i enjoyed creating this look for him & can’t wait to do it again!

they say a first impression is of key importance, so we set him up for success for a job interview today! we gave this gentleman a clipper cut with a 4 guard to a 6 guard on the sides and back, and took him down to about 2-3 inches of length on top! we then cleaned up his beard & thinned it out to give him a fresh & neat appearance, and finished him off with some con man hair & beard pudding for some much needed moisture!

⏳time flies & hair keeps growing! ⌛️

talk about a transformation! this gentleman came in looking for a drastic change, with his hair measuring to about 9-10 inches! his last haircut was over 10 months ago! we took a 2 to his sides and back, & went down to an inch on top. these kinds of haircuts are so satisfying to do!

today this gentleman came in looking for a change, a big change! we gave him a big chop today, cutting off 3 of the 5 inches on top, gave him a 1 to 2 fade on the sides and back, and finished him off with some tea tree lavender mint leave in conditioner to help nourish his fiery waves!

today one of my favorite clients came in and wanted to change things up a bit, and showed me a picture (hint, hint: the inspiration pic is @ the end of the post 😉)....it was a mullet, but a modern, more sleek mullet! anytime he’s in my chair, we have a blast so giving him this faded, edgy twist on a traditionally country style was so fun to do! we faded into the top with a 0 to a 1, cleaned up with the super shaver, and styled him at the end with reformer paste!

today, i got to give this man a fresh look for a new job + the summer heat! his hair was sitting at about 6 inches on top so we cut half of it off on top, faded his sides with a 3, and finished him off with some fiber cream to get him ready to face the florida heat + humidity. swipe to see the before pics + the aftermath of the chop!

yesterday, I had the privilege of giving this gentleman a brand new look! he had been growing it out for a year, took note of the upcoming heat wave, and decided it was time to change it up! his hair before the cut was measuring at 9 inches on top of his head, and we cut a good 6-7 inches off. we left enough on top for him to still slick it back to go out, and we styled using a mix of american crew fiber cream & tea tree firm hold gel to give him a touchable hold that would withstand the ocean breeze. i have to say, these dramatic transformations are my favorite things to do!

come back & get faded 😍

some big changes have happened lately! first of all, i can’t express how happy i am to be back in the salon! i have moved from central fl up to jacksonville, fl! also, i am now working at Sport Clips of Mandarin Oaks, where i have done this beautifully blended fade on my dear guinea pig— i mean boyfriend 🤫😂. there are plenty more amazing mens cuts to expect on my page, that’s for sure! ☺️
