The boys of k&m. 🤍

Three completely different personalities, one very close family.

Cooper, our once-wild child turned sweetest old soul, still watches my every move with that quiet, loyal gaze. Charlie, our little watchdog with the biggest personality, keeps everyone in line and believes no petting session should ever end too soon. And Enzo, our happy, goofy youngest, is never far from his brothers—or from the people he loves.

As krümmel & mirth continues to evolve, I’ve been thinking deeply about what I want the brand to feel like: thoughtful, full of stories, and rooted in the little rituals and relationships that make life with dogs so meaningful.

My three boys are my companions, my inspiration, and the heart of it all.

At krümmel & mirth, it has always been—and will always be—about the dogs we call family.

Meet Enzo, our youngest, happiest, goofiest boy. 🤍

Enzo’s eyes seem to smile before the rest of him does. He loves people, snacks, swimming, the water hose, and just about any adventure that means he gets to be included.

He is happiest when he is touching someone—flopped across a lap, stretched over your feet, or curled up beside one of his older brothers. Cooper and Charlie are his whole world. He watches them, checks on them, learns from them, and copies so many of their little habits.

One of the sweetest parts of Enzo’s story is his first Snuggle Puppy. We placed it beside him on the drive home as a puppy, complete with a warming pouch and heartbeat to comfort him. He has received a new one for every birthday since and has kept every single one.

But among all the toys in the house, he still chooses that very first Snuggle Puppy. The warmth and heartbeat are long gone, but every night he gently licks it until he soothes himself to sleep.

Goofy, affectionate, loyal, and always close by, Enzo brings joy into every room he enters.

Meet Charlie Brown, our smaller boy with a very big personality. 🤍

Going on 12, Charlie is the watchdog of the family—always alert, always on point, and always keeping an eye on everyone.

He loves people and is happiest when he is getting attention. His signature move is the gentle nudge that comes the second you stop petting him too soon. Consider it a polite reminder that your job is not yet finished.

Charlie has slowed down a little with age, but he still marches completely to the beat of his own drum. Even dinner has become part of his routine.

Sometimes he will not touch his food until it has been ceremoniously spooned onto a plate like human food. Once that happens, apparently everything is perfect.

Sweet, affectionate, independent, watchful, and just spicy enough when he needs to be, Charlie has a way of making his presence known without ever needing to be the biggest dog in the room.

Small in size. Huge in personality. Completely Charlie Brown.

Meet Cooper, our forever wild child turned sweetest old soul. 🤍

Going on 13, Cooper has always been strong, athletic, playful, and full of love. In his younger years, he was our dock-diving, kiss-giving Super Cooper.

These days, his face is almost completely white, his eyes are softer, and his quiet, loyal nature has become even more special.

Cooper never demands affection. While Charlie will nudge you and Enzo will happily flop right on top of you, Cooper waits patiently and stays close.

He watches every move, follows quietly, and somehow always seems to know exactly where his people are.

After dinner, though, his funny little high-pitched bark comes out to let us know it is officially time for belly rubs, kisses, and maybe a good butt massage.

Though age and medical challenges have slowed him down, Cooper still loves his walks, his swims, and every moment by our side. He carries the same joyful spirit that made him our Super Cooper from the very beginning when we adopted him from AGA.

He is our shadow, our sweetheart, and one of the greatest loves at the heart of krümmel & mirth. And through it all, he will always be Mommy’s special boy.🤍🥰
