Chow-Chow Relish – Our relish continues to be a year-round favorite! Try this wonderful relish to “wake up” the flavor of your collards, turnips, cabbage or any leafy greens. It’s the perfect blend of onions, peppers, with a sweet vinegary heat. It makes a great condiment atop hamburgers, hot dogs grilled sausages. Available in 8 oz. ($4.00) or 16 oz. ($6.00) Heat levels: Mild, Medium or Hot. Suggest starting with our Medium Heat and moving up or down based on your heat tolerance.

We went "off the rails" with this one folks! During the pandemic of 2020 " I was bored" so I started making my on homemade wine in hopes of later introducing a line of Pepper wines. Well, due to positive reviews from family and friends our wine versions remain "No peppers allowed"! **New for 2025** I updated the name and we have introduced Pear & Scuppernong wine, a light refreshing white wine with notes of pear and spices. Also, Blueberry-Red Muscadine - a full bodied red wine with notes of blueberry. All our wines are deliciously sweet and fruity, great for any occasion or any meal. Both pair well with cheese, meats or desserts. Our grapes are grown locally from vineyards in Fayetteville, GA. Packaged in 375 ml & 750 ml bottles both have an ABV -13.5% (contains sulfites). Price: presently these are GIFT ITEMS ONLY! (only in-state GA pepper orders over $75). Retail value eventually may be $7 for 375 ml & $10.00 for 750 ml bottle (contact me for more details).
