So.. I had a client in mind that lost his dog about a year ago. He said Athena was not cute enough for his wife to be interested. Gosh. It hurt my feelings. She is so beautiful and sweet and wonderful and special. Please help me find this amazing dog the proper home.

Athena is 7-8 months old, 50 lbs. She was left tied up at a gas station, a sweet young man has cared for her, but he’s working too much now and she was spending too much time in a crate. He was so heartbroken he could not make this work with his schedule and knew she deserved a better life. One of my clients is sponsoring her to stay here and for her spay. Athena is a sweet, HAPPY, girl ready for a home which she can thrive (not be in a crate for hours) and be part of the family. She is potty, leash and crate trained. She’s a good listener. Her spay will happen 10/9 so she will be ready for adoption mid October. I’d love to find a home for her prior and introduce her slowly. Please message me if you are interested! We need to find this sweet deserving girl a permanent home!

Long story semi short about my last 24 hours. So…the first picture is showing my frustration with STARLINK. I’ve had it for years here…zero options because of the train tracks. I had ANOTHER complete outage yesterday evening with no hope in sight. I’ve spent HOURS dealing with them/ only AI. I found a much more friendly, informative advice, on ChatGPT. People ask me about Starlink regularly. And I say… it’s great until it’s down. This will be my 3rd experience with no internet for 2 weeks in a row., no ring, no music, no tv, no printer, so time consuming.
This…is the second part of losing internet regularly. TODAY by 48 hours in, I’m like, I like this! And then from the past awful experiences I’ve had from no internet, no power, I’m all set up with what I need! It’s good. I need to go with the flow. I’m happy and so are the dogs. More on sweet Athena tomorrow.

Exciting news everyone!! I’m getting a new drop dead gorgeous horse, Giovanni! My horses are getting old (25-31) and ideally, you need to have 3 horses at all times, because horses are part of a herd, they have no protection ability from prey. I hope to meet Gio next Friday. Gio was owned by a client, then she could not ride him. He went to UGA. He’s 15 and over being ridden by 50 students/ can you imagine? They said he just wants to be a horse, and I will absolutely make that happen.

The pool is finally completed!! 1 year later when I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Nevertheless, it’s done. Any how.. sweet Athena arrived today. I have a perfect home in mind for her.

Murphy, 2 year old Golden Retriever, ran off chasing a deer Sunday 9/19 from his home in Newnan Ga near Coggin’s Road, Mt. Carmel and Summer’s Mckoy, please call 404-406-5690 if you see him. Prayers for Murphy’s safe return, the family is distraught.

“Athena” this sweet 7month old girl was found tied up and left at a gas station in ATL. She is coming to me Wednesday. My client, that owns the Scottie’s, is sponsoring her. It was a friend of a friend who found Athena. She has been at her friends house for a month. Crate , leash and potty trained. I’ll be taking her in because the sweet boy that found her works too much and we don’t want her to go to a shelter. I can’t wait to meet this sweet angel this Wednesday. Let’s find her an AMAZING home!!
