Good afternoon,
If you had a grooming appointment this week, I will be contacting you to reschedule it. Unfortunately, I have been admitted into the hospital and will be unable to get your fur babies cleaned up this week. As soon as my husband goes to check on our pets, I will have him bring the grooming phone back with him so that I can contact you guys. Thank you for your patience and we will see you guys soon!

Good morning everybody,

I will be posting the available dates for appointment tomorrow, but as of this morning, I am now booking officially for September. I do urge that you look for your calendar for the rest of the year and go ahead and place your appointments for now until the rest of the year, so that way you have a guarantee slot.! Plus, if you go ahead and pre-book your appointments between now and the rest of the year on your very last appointment, you will get a free upgrade of either a paw bomb or a free upgraded shampoo !

If you have not already pre-booked your pets for the rest of the year. I will be sending out a text message within the next two weeks to all of the customers that have not done so to give you the available dates and times that are left to give you the opportunity to be able to do so I know life can be hectic and it’s hard to know what the future holds, but it’s better to pre-book an appointment and be able to reschedule it and not have one at all !

to add some incentive for those of you that are pre-booking your appointments if you are a client that normally just does a Nail file appointment I will be adding a paw bomb on your very last appointment of the year if you are a client gets a bath, mini groom or full groom appointment. I will add a free upgraded shampoo of your choice. (Deshed shampoo is excluded from this option. )

I know we are all thinking about getting the kids back in school! But I also want you to think about your holiday plans and getting your pet their holiday appointment now is the time to pre-book your appointment so that you’re not left not having anyone!  here is the available dates for the rest of the year. I will be updating every Monday as they will be changing as people are booking the online Calendar is up-to-date.

Monday through Friday hours have changed because I am also working for Gwinnett County School District as one of their bus drivers
So Monday through Friday I only have a 5 PM available unless you were available during my midday break as long as the weather permits and there is not an emergency or a meeting.

Saturdays we start as early as 7 AM. You will not be able to book that online. You will have to text us to book that the next appointment available after that is 9 AM the latest we work on Saturdays is 6 PM.

As a general rule of thumb so that I do have a day off, we are closed on Sundays. There is an exception to the rule in November in December. There is one Sunday in each of those months that I will be working just so that we can get people in before Thanksgiving is Christmas .

If we fill up and you did not pre-plan for an appointment and you call me up on Christmas Eve or the eve of Thanksgiving and request an appointment after we’ve already posted that we are gonna be closed. Please note that I am going to charge you $100 for a convenience fee to come out and do your pet because you’re taking time from my family and my time off so I please ask that your courteous to my schedule and my time and pre-booked your appointment .

The current calendar that we have at the moment! Monday through Friday appointments will be scheduled in the afternoon when I get out of class. I will let you know when I’ve gotten home and we can come earlier than 5 PM but I generally said it at 5 PM just in case I get out later. Saturday we will have appointments as early at 7 AM right now due to the heat.
