Introducing Golden Honey's newest little girl, Bella! Our little Bella was the only puppy conceived in Ellie's last litter with Benny, and as a result Ellie's hormone levels were not sufficient for whelping and milk production. Even with the amazing assistance of Hamby Road Animal Hospital, it was a pretty tough start for our little one, but, Bella proved to be a tough little fighter. And mom, Ellie, was incredible as always! So thankful to see our girl thriving and Ellie more relaxed. Let the spoiling begin...

After two weeks, it is still so far beyond difficult to believe my Max is no longer sitting by my side demanding to have his paws scratched as I work on my computer. On the last day of March, we had to say goodbye to our boy, the most incredible Golden Retriever imaginable. Max was so much to our family, there really are no words to express how greatly he will be missed. He was particularly good and keeping all those puppies in line! Max was VERY affectionately know as Grump-pa 😁! Every puppy wanted to be his best buddy and every puppy family wanted to know if they could just have Max! There is no blessing greater than to love so deeply and to feel loved so completely. Max was that blessing to our family. Max, my sweet loving boy, you will forever be missed and will forever be in our hearts.💞

And what could be better than a beautiful Fall day??? PUPPIES!!! And while the it really wasn't such a beautiful day, we had fun with the puppies getting their four week old pictures! Hard to believe how fast these little furbabies grow!

Is there anything more adorable than puppies on Halloween??? Here are Ellie and Benny's pups at two whole weeks old posing with a cherished family heirloom! The teddy bear in the picture is wearing the Halloween costume handmade by myself and worn by every one of my four children for their first Halloween!
