Spend the evening with me as a breeder of 12 puppies 🐶🍼🤎

The cute puppy pictures are only a small part of what raising a litter actually looks like. Come spend a regular evening with me and the babies. 🥹

Tonight we’re continuing Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI), plus I introduced the babies to the sound and vibration of clippers for the first time and they did SO good! ✂️🐾

They also just happen to be 7 days old today, and LOOK HOW MUCH THEY’VE GROWN. 😭❤️ I swear I fall more in love with these little babies every day.

Once everybody is fed, comfortable, stimulated, and settled with mama, breeder duties are officially DONE for the evening…

Which means it’s time for MY enrichment. 😂🍷📺 A glass of wine + Pop the Balloon.

Just another evening raising 12 little lives. 🐾❤️

🐾 POV: A day in the life of a breeder with 3-day-old puppies… 🥹🍼

Having a newborn litter is adorable, but there’s SO much happening behind the scenes. 😂🤎

Today with Hendrixx & the babies:

🐶 Convincing mama to actually leave her puppies long enough to go potty 😂
👃🏽 Early Scent Introduction (ESI)
🧠 Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS)
🧼 Cleaning & resetting the whelping box
🛁 Getting mama cleaned up and comfortable

At just 3 days old, we’re already putting intentional work into giving these babies the best start possible. ❤️

The cuddles are definitely the best part, but responsible breeding comes with a LOT of behind-the-scenes work that people don’t always get to see.

Welcome to newborn puppy life at Four Paws Down. 🐾🤎

Would y’all want to see more of the puppies as they grow? 👀

Before the puppy cuddles, there is care. 🐾✨

There are appointments, health checks, grooming, preparation, and so many little steps that happen behind the scenes.

We’re going to start sharing more of our breeder journey, from mama care to whelping prep, puppy milestones, and everything in between. 🐶🍼💛

This is the part people do not always see, but it matters the most.

Stay tuned for the Hendrixx Fall Litter journey.

Healthy pets don’t happen by chance; they’re cared for every day.

Regular grooming keeps your pet clean, comfortable, and protected from hidden health issues. It also helps detect early signs of infections, parasites, or discomfort before they grow. From parasite checks to ear, eye, and dental care, every detail matters.
