Over 6 years ago Adamus Bey officially became the first Black man to create an original breed of dog and have it recognized by an international registry — the American Dog Federation.

From vision… to bloodline… to global recognition.
This isn’t just about dogs — it’s about legacy, innovation, and breaking barriers in a space where our presence has been overlooked for generations.

The Americane Da Presa Meridionale is now stamped into canine history, with its roots tracing back to a Black creator who refused to let limits define him.

A special thank you to Mrs. Soriano, Mr. Wheatley, and the entire ADF board for recognizing the work, the standard, and the future of this breed. Your support helped turn a blueprint into a milestone.
