A Special Thank You to PelleRanch ❤️

As Foxhaven Farm Aussies, we want to take a moment to recognize and support the people at PelleRanch and everything they have done for our dogs and our family.

Earlier this year, we unexpectedly needed a place that could provide an unusually high level of care. One of our dogs, Harley, was due to have a litter while we were going to be away. We needed someone who could provide close, around-the-clock care during labor and delivery.

PelleRanch went above and beyond to accommodate us. They opened their home to Harley, prepared a comfortable space for her and her puppies, and helped safely welcome 10 beautiful puppies into the world. Their willingness to take on that responsibility, especially for a new client, meant more to us than we can put into words.

Shortly afterward, Foxhaven Farms experienced an unexpected housing hardship, leaving us temporarily needing a safe place for our dogs while we worked toward securing our new home. PelleRanch once again opened their doors to us, taking in our puppies, rescues, and breeding dogs.

They even significantly reduced their normal boarding rates to help us keep our dogs together during an incredibly difficult transition. Their support allowed us to focus on getting our new home established without having to make impossible decisions about our animals.

Unfortunately, PelleRanch is now facing a difficult situation of their own.

Due to county licensing and permitting issues, they have been told they must close their current boarding operation on October 6th. The family is also facing the loss of selling their current home and is preparing for a major transition of their own.

PelleRanch is a small, family-run boarding operation located on their property. The facility has provided personalized care that is difficult to find elsewhere, and they have made a tremendous difference for the families and animals they have served.

Despite everything they are facing, they hope to continue boarding in the future, likely in a commercial setting. While that may look different from the personalized, home-based care they have been able to provide, we completely understand their need to move forward after everything they have experienced.

Foxhaven Farm Aussies would love to give back to PelleRanch in whatever way we can.

If you are in a position to make a donation, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider contributing directly to help this family through their transition. Our goal is to raise an amount that reflects the value of the care they provided for our dogs during the time they were with them.

Their normal boarding costs would have been significantly higher than what they charged us, and they went out of their way to make their services affordable when we needed them most.

These are people who stepped up for our animals when we needed help. Now, we would love for our community to step up for them.

❤️ If you are able to donate, please consider supporting PelleRanch through their Venmo information below or Gofundme campaign I have created. If you are not, please share this post to help us support this family!

We will also be sharing photos of some of the Foxhaven animals who received their care, so you can see the level of love and attention they provided.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Foxhaven Farms, our animals, and the people who help make what we do possible. We are incredibly grateful for this community. ❤️

What can make a birthday better? PUPPIES!!

In all seriousness, I had a great birthday today and am so thankful to everyone that wished me Happy Birthday! It made it even more special to hang out with all of these amazing puppies, including even though I try not to pick favorites, Fire Cracker! She is definitely one of my favorites we have had in this litter, as you can see she’s such a cutie! More pictures coming really soon on the whole litter update as we approach 5 weeks tomorrow! 💕

Little 4 week update-
The puppies are having a great time being out and about playing with each other and some toys! They also love their new fun interactive wobbler we use in between meal time with some of their kibble to for enrichment activities! They have also been working on getting used to vacuums and other house hold items so it’s not so scary once they are in their new homes!
If one of these cuties catches your eye, contact us today to reserve them for your home! 💕🏡
