#1: "Your personal dogs must be perfectly behaved!"
✨Just like parents of human children, trainers often have "shoe cobbler's children" – meaning our own dogs aren't always perfect! We're busy helping your dogs, which sometimes means our own pups get less dedicated training time. Plus, we're always experimenting with new techniques, and sometimes that means a few "oops" moments! We love our quirky companions, perfect or not!

#2: "You stick to a strict, rigid lesson plan for every dog."
✨While we have foundational methods, dog training is far from a "one-size-fits-all" approach! Every dog, and every family, is unique. We constantly adapt our plans based on your dog's personality, learning style, breed characteristics, and your specific goals and lifestyle. Flexibility and observation are key to real success!

#3: "You get to play with dogs all day long!"
✨This is partially true as we do work with dogs but we also get bit, scratched, jumped on and hu**ed. There is also the paperwork and consultations to organize as well as keeping up with the scientific methods and behavioral conferences.

I forget how dirty these things get until I wash them.
I used hot water and mild dish soap, towel dry and then outside to air dry ☀️

✨long line sniffy walks✨ are a great icebreaker for dogs when in a new place.

The limited restriction and free reign to sniff gives them ample time to investigate and process. After 20-30 minutes of sniffing, your dog will be mentally tuckered out and ready for a nap!
