💖 Is there anything more that moms love than a patio outing with their friends and pups?! I know it’s my favorite thing! You know what makes these outings even more fun? When your dog is relaxed and beaving nicely!

✨As part of their Mom Fest, we will be hosting a 1 hour workshop in Greenwood Village!

👀 Here’s what we’ll cover:
✅ How to prepare for these outings
✅ What to bring with you
✅ Easy training exercises to practice with your pup
✅ How to navigate distractions on the patio

🥳This isn’t a formal class—it’s a guided, hands-on experience where you’ll get practical coaching while enjoying the atmosphere (and yes, chicken salad 😉)!

👯‍♀️You’ll also have a chance to chat and meet other dog moms!

Rules and Policies:
-1 Ticket per human attending
-Well behaved dogs welcome on the patio (Comfortable around other dogs and people)
-Dogs must be up to date on vaccines
-All dogs must be leashed at all times
-Dogs only allowed on outdoor patio

🗓️ 4/18 @ 11:00AM-Starting the walk right at 11:10!
📍 Crown Hill Park-We’ll meet at the top of the parking lot close to the path start. Then we’ll head over to The Werks across the street for drinks and/or snacks!

Standard leash (no retractables preferred)
-Well fitted collar or harness
-Water for your pup
-Treats your dog loves
-Mat or towel for your pup to settle on if you’re going to The Werks after!
-Long lasting chew or toy if you’re coming to The Werks!

👀Reservations are not being made at The Werks for the event. This is on a first come first serve basis!

🤔I’m convinced some of us have an:

✨ Indoor Dog & 🌪 Outdoor Dog

😇Indoor Dog: • “Sit? Sure no problem!” • Takes treats gently. • Makes eye contact.

😵‍💫Outdoor Dog: • Has never heard their name. • Is powered entirely by squirrel energy (or goose 💩 if you live around here 😂). • Forgets you exist.

👉🏼Here’s the thing — it’s not being stubborn.
Outside is louder, busier, and 500x more stimulating. Your dog isn’t ignoring you… they’re overwhelmed.

🦮Training doesn’t transfer automatically. It has to be practiced in steps.
Start smaller. Build slower. That’s how “Outdoor Dog” becomes reliable too.

🥳 Happy Graduation to Ella, Presley and their family!!

💙How cute are these 2?!? They are a perfect, fun little pair! We’ve been working on basic manners, leash walking and excitement around other dogs! They’ve come so far and their family is so committed, patient and love them so much! They’re off to a great start together!

🥳Congrats to Scotty, Jill & Alex on graduating today!

💙These 3 have made so much progress and have worked very hard! Scotty has big feelings around dogs when on leash and at the window! He’s been able to get much closer to dogs, meet a few new friends and not get so fired up at the window! Yay! Scotty’s family is also getting ready to add a new member to their family! We’ve been doing a lot of baby prep to make sure everyone is set up for success! There’s still some work to do but they have learned so much!
