It is always an honor when owners entrust us to help develop their young pups.



We had the pleasure of raising Rosco for a month before he headed off to meet his new family. We spent that time showing him the world, building good manners and social skills, and introducing him to the foundations of obedience and clear communication.



It’s never too early to start teaching your dog…



These early experiences help set a young pup up for success and give their family a solid foundation to continue building on. We are super proud of this little guy!

Apparently Crush “could never learn to sit.”

Crush would like to submit this photo as evidence to the contrary.

Sometimes it isn’t that the dog can’t. The approach just has to match the dog in front of us.

Crush has been a blast to work with, and this is only the first of many goals we have set for him and his owner.

Building confidence without rushing the process.

Rushing Macy through the things that made her unsure was not going to build confidence. Letting her avoid them was not the answer either.

She needed the right experiences and enough time to process the world around her. Each one has made the next a little easier, and we will keep building on that as she and Ranger continue through puppyhood.

The vacuum has officially passed Macy’s safety inspection. How much cleaning gets done under her supervision is another story.

Dodging the rain and getting in some environmental exposure.

It’s a big world for a young puppy. The goal isn’t to overwhelm them, but to make new experiences positive so their confidence continues to grow. During Puppy Development, we make it a priority to safely introduce them to as much of that world as we can.

No two dogs need the exact same training when the goal is helping each one become the best version of themselves. That’s why every program is tailored to the individual dog.

For Ranger, our focus is building confidence, encouraging independence, and helping him replace hesitation with confidence so he can better navigate the world around him.

With littermate syndrome beginning to develop between Ranger and his sister, his owners recognized the importance of addressing it early to give both dogs the best chance at success.

Ranger has already made great progress in just one week. His sister, Macey, will be joining us soon for her own individualized training before we bring them back together with more confidence, healthy independence, and clear structure.

Different paths. Same goal. Helping both dogs become the best versions of themselves.

Morning walks with Georgie are becoming one of my favorite routines.

For Georgie, one of the biggest lessons today is learning that doing nothing is sometimes better than always doing something. He is fun, energetic, and has the funniest little personality, but he is already starting to settle into a more relaxed state.

Georgie came in with a history of running off and trying to swallow anything he could get his mouth on. That makes him a perfect candidate for our Advanced Training Program, with extra focus on recall, leave it, drop it, and building clearer communication through obedience.



Every dog is different, so the training should be practical for that dog and that owner. For Georgie, structure, guidance, and clear expectations are going to help him thrive even more at home.

We also want to recognize Jamie with Pauden English Cocker Spaniels. We have had the opportunity to work with Jamie directly, as well as with owners of both young and older Cocker Spaniels from her program. The care she puts into her dogs is easy to see. The dogs we have worked with have shown good health, solid genetics, nice temperament, and the kind of companionship that can fit well into many family homes.
