Good morning everyone! We have good news and bad news. Good news is we have a water mitigation company who has started the process of repairs. Bad news is that process takes time. We are hoping they can start demo tomorrow or Friday. Unfortunately with the amount of work that needs done to remove and replace carpets, I wont be able to see appointments this week. I have been working 12hr days getting everything cleaned so we are getting there. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Trust me I would MUCH rather be loving on your pups than dealing with insurance, deep cleaning and basically gutting our entire downstairs.

I know so many people have been affected by these storms. My heart goes out to you ❤️

I will keep everyone posted and will work in as many as I can as soon as im able.

Keep us in your thoughts and prayers that the process goes as best it can.

Good morning everyone. Like many others, we had extensive flooding from these storms. Our basement is completely flooded and the groom shop had over 1" of standing water. We have been cleaning and accessing damage all morning. The shop will be closed temporarily until everything can be cleaned up.

If you have an appointment this week I am taking things day by day. I will reach out if I need to stay closed or if I have it ready to open again.

Just a reminder we are on vacation from 7/4-7/13. If you send an appointment request I will respond after next week. I am scheduling the first part of August.

I know it is so hot. I worked all of my days off last month and until 7pm every night this week. I do have a cancelation list with several waiting but im happy to add for this month.

Thank you for your love, support and patience as we all go through this crazy summer.

Hey friends! I will be going to my grooming conference this week June 18-22. If you need to schedule an appointment send your requests by tomorrow (Wednesday 6/17).

As of now I am scheduling about 4 weeks out. I will be in classes all week so I wont be available to take calls/messages during that time. I will get everyone caught up when I get back ❤️

Hello everyone. I wanted to address something that has been happening a lot more frequently as of late.

I truly value each and every one of my clients and work hard to accommodate everyone’s grooming needs. As a small business, missed appointments and no-shows have a significant impact on my schedule. I work one-on-one with the dogs that I groom in order to reduce stress and time between drop off and pickup. This also means I dont have a lineup of dogs waiting to be groomed. So if you do not show up for your appointment, I am left to shuffle appointments or waiting for the next dog to show up. I book 6-10 appointments a day so there isn't much room to work them in later without taking away from another scheduled appointment.

A no-show appointment is classified as a client has not arrived within 15 minutes of their appointment time. This is because most dogs take the full appointment time in order to provide breaks, detangle etc. A no-show appointment will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service that day.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I appreciate communication as soon as possible. If you need go reschedule, I ask if you can give 24hrs notice or as soon as possible so I can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.

Hey everyone! I have been fighting a stomach virus since Thursday. After vomiting for 14hrs straight and a high fever, I am still recovering. No fever since Friday but I still can't eat anything more than broth. So it goes to say my energy is not much. I am doing my best to get everyone rescheduled. Im doing a couple appointments today to see what is realistic before I squeeze anymore in for late nights etc

I appreciate your patience. Believe me, im as ready to be back to normal as you are. Thanks 😊
