Remember guys, we’ll be accepting donated deer capes again this year! 🦌

These donated capes help us out more than you might realize. They allow us to offer our customers a more affordable replacement when something happens to their original cape, rather than having to purchase a replacement at full price from a tannery.

We get shoulders and deer dropped off all the time where the cape simply didn’t make it — maybe the heat got to it, a coyote got there first, or something else happened before the hunter could get it taken care of. Having donated capes available gives us another option to help those customers save some money and still get their trophy mounted.

So if you have a cape you don’t need, consider donating it! What may not be useful to you can be a huge help to someone else. We truly appreciate everyone who helps us keep these capes in use and preserve the hunt.
