The typical pay structure for new employees without experience is as follows:
• Full-time Grooming Assistant: $24,960.00
• Part-time Grooming Assistant: $15,600.00
• Groomer (1-year Training Program, full-time): $27,040.00 (requires a training/work agreement)
• Groomer Training Graduate: up to $52,000.00 (Groomers receive commission plus tips).
2026 Benefits – PTO, UTO, 401K, Uniform Allowance, HealthCare Contribution, Education Reimbursement.
