I’m continuing through everyone, I still have about 70 appt appointments to sort out, I have to work through a few at a time because I stack you guys based on the time the previous person chooses. so i appreciate everyone’s patience. I am working in order and out of severity of needs. Oh I’m so glad to be back 🥹

Good afternoon everyone, my last post seemed to confuse a few customers, and I’m here with more bad news. The part came in and the dealership told me it would be a 1 day fix, as of last Saturday. I hadn’t heard so I called again Wednesday and was told my technician wasn’t working so they weren’t sure what was going on, I called again today and they told me the replaced part and the van is still not working. I’m devastated. At this point I’m not going to reschedule but rather refer out because I don’t have anywhere to move anyone. I’m sorry everyone, I don’t even know what to say at this point, today marks 1 month without work. The dealership has not once contacted me with any updates about the situation and I’ve gotten different answers several times, I’ve had outside technicians try and check it out but everyone has the same answer: my van isn’t responding to their systems when they try to fix it 😞. They said that if the problem persists they will be sending a corporate ram technician to try and solve the problem.

I think I’ve almost rescheduled everyone. If you haven’t got a message please text me again about an August appointment, if you texted me in the last 2 days I am getting to those shortly! Can’t wait to be back to work soon!

I was supposed to finish messaging everyone today but I forgot my work phone at home and I won’t be back home today. I will finish messaging everyone tomorrow, I’m sorry if I haven’t gotten to you / gotten back to you, I’ve been non stop messaging people trying to get caught up: what a disaster this has been. I can say with confidence that all my customers have been so incredibly kind and understanding, so THANK YOU to my amazing customers!!! I haven’t generated invoices for this week, those are coming tomorrow as well, sorry for the delay.

The dealership called today, they told me at least two more weeks until my parts arrive to fix whatever is wrong with the van so the van can receive keys again. Seems like I’ll be out of work until at least August 1st. I’ve worked out my schedule this week and I’ll be contacting everyone on next weeks schedule shortly.

The situation with my keys keeps escalating from bad to worse. As it stands right now there’s 1 more possible attempt to fix them, if that doesn’t work they want to try and replace a part that could take 7-10 days to arrive then unknown amount of time to fix. 😭. I’m waiting to hear from them but I have no idea where we stand right now on getting my issues fixed. I’ve had a private locksmith out as well and he could not get them fixed either. I’ll have more info soon hopefully.

Hi everyone! My van key is out of commission currently, I’m working as fast as possible to get it resolved, but I’ve been told by the dealership that there is a system wide failure and they cannot get a new key up and running until the system failure is fixed. Today’s appointments were rescheduled and tomorrows may have to be as well, but I’m impatiently waiting to hear from the dealership. They’ve been awesome keeping me updated and working to fix this.

I will message everyone for tomorrow and let you all know what the next steps are once I have more info. I’m sorry for this inconvenience, Thank you all!
