I didn’t want to have to make this post, as I may come off as rude; although I believe it is necessary.🙃
Rebooking your grooming appointment before you leave is crucial for staying on my schedule, as it fills up quickly.
If you choose to wait until the last minute to book, I cannot guarantee availability. Especially if you’re looking for a specific day and time.
It’s not fair to get upset with me when I am unable to fit you in on such a short notice. Please understand I cannot just squeeze dogs in whenever it’s convenient for you to reach out.
Rebooking not only keeps your pup on a well needed grooming routine but also guarantees you getting in when you want.
I try my hardest to accommodate the best I can to everybody but I’m only one person guys, give me break!
