🐱🐾 A VERY cat-filled nail trim day! 🐾🐱

All of my nail trim appointments today were for some very sweet kitties! 💕 I got to spend some time with Milo, KitKat, and Scarlet for their in-home nail trims. 🐾

There’s just something extra special about helping cats feel comfortable and keeping those little claws trimmed and healthy—all from the comfort of their own home! 🏡❤️

Thank you, Milo, KitKat & Scarlet, for being such good kitties, and thank you to their families for trusting Paws at Home Pet Services with their furry family members! 🐾

I definitely didn’t mind having a whole day filled with cats! 😉🐱💗

I’m starting something new and fun for all of my amazing clients! 🎉💕

I’m so excited to introduce my Loyalty Punch Cards! 🐾

✨ For every 5 nail trims, a**l gland expressions, and/or ear cleanings, you’ll receive your next one FREE! ✨

Your services can be combined, so every time you have one of these services done, you’ll get a punch on your card. Once you reach 5 punches, your next qualifying service is on me! 🥰

I have the cards officially on order and will start using them as soon as they arrive! 📬🐶🐱

I’m so excited to add this little something extra for my wonderful clients. Thank you SO much for your continued support, trust, and kindness toward my small business. It truly means more than you know! 💚

I’m hoping this will be a fun little way to say thank you for choosing Paws at Home Pet Services! 🐾💕

Stay tuned for when the cards arrive! 🎉

Meet Parsnip!

Some cats steal your heart the moment you meet them, and this beautiful calico is one of them. With her stunning patchwork coat and sweet, loving personality, Parsnip is ready to be someone's best friend.

She adores attention, will happily keep you company during movie marathons, and enjoys the occasional burst of playful energy. Her favorite place, though, is a warm, sunny spot where she can curl up for a peaceful nap. If you're looking for a gentle companion to fill your home with love, this lovely girl is waiting to meet you.

Parsnip is approximately 1 year old. Her adoption fee is $150, plus tax.

If you are interested in adopting Parsnip, please call the shelter at 320-759-2260.

Included in her adoption fee is:

Feline Leukemia/FIV/Heartworm Test
Feline Distemper Combo Vaccination
Deworming
Neuter
Rabies Vaccination
Microchip

Scarlet was an absolute sweetheart for her in-home nail trim last week! ❤️🐾

She made the whole appointment so easy and handled everything like a pro. It's always so rewarding to help cats stay comfortable in the familiar surroundings of their own home, where they can feel safe and relaxed.

Thank you, Scarlet, for being such a wonderful kitty, and thank you to her family for trusting Paws at Home Pet Services with her care. I truly appreciate every opportunity to help keep your pets happy, healthy, and comfortable.

✨ Sweet Lucy had her nail trim today! 🐾💕

Lucy is normally very nervous about having her nails done at the veterinary clinic, but today, in the comfort of her own home, she did absolutely fabulous! 🧡

Moments like these are exactly why I do what I do. Being able to provide gentle, low-stress care in a familiar environment can make all the difference for our furry friends. Watching a nervous pup feel safe enough to relax is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I always want to be honest with my clients—there are times when, despite every effort, I'm not able to safely complete a service. Every pet is different, and their comfort and safety will always come first. But you can count on me to be patient, compassionate, and to always give it my very best. Seeing pups like Lucy succeed reminds me why it's worth taking the time to earn their trust.

Way to go, Lucy! You were such a brave girl today! 🐾

Thank you to Lucy's family for trusting Paws at Home Pet Services. I appreciate every client who allows me to care for their pets like they're my own. 🐾❤️

Since I have had some new followers, I thought I would introduce myself again so people can put a face to the name! 😊

My name is Megan, and I am the sole owner of Paws at Home Pet Services, LLC.

I started this journey with a need I saw in the community for pets for simple things that can often cause a lot of stress and anxiety, for both pet and human. And I thought, why not bring some of those simple things right to your doorstep!

Besides the business, I am a veterinary technician and work full time at the Lakes Area Humane Society. I went to Ridgewater College to get my degree. I’ve worked at a zoo, a few vet clinics, but shelter medicine has always just held a special place in my heart. I truly love what I do!

When I am not working or running around checking on pets (which is a lot these days 😜), I love to read, be outside when it’s not 100 degrees outside, hike, camp, I love crafts, and just being with friends and family. I love to laugh and take naps with my cats. I have 2 cats named Fiona and Tillie and 2 rabbits named Luna and Neville (all adopted from humane societies of course 😉). 🧡🐾

Animals are truly my passion in life, and definitely what my soul was meant to do. They truly make my heart so happy! I am just trying to be their voice and do my best to be a good person in the community! I grew up in Alexandria and just want to give back the best way I know how.

Thank you for trusting me with your pets. It truly means more to me than you will ever know!

-Megan
