Kobe's favorite dog in the house is her aunt, YoMama. When we had to take the pups from their Mom cookie at 3 weeks due to the virus they'd contracted. YoMama stepped up and took the pups under her wing and showed them how to "dog" patiently playing with them and correcting them when needed. They have remained super bonded since

The last 10 days have been a hell of a
Ride. We're still waiting on necropsy results form virgina tech to determine what took the other pups out.
Round the clock care, 2 antibiotic and nebs seemed to do the trick for these guys.
They're catching up mile stones. Being sick for a week is a lot in puppy years. They're really looking good now!

We lost a puppy this am and I'm just heart broken. She aspirated a bunch of milk and had a seizure before we could get to vet she was gone.

I know this stuff happens, I know I've been very lucky not to have it happen to me over the years. It doesn't make it hurt any less though. I love these little guys so much and put so much time into them. Finding a puppy in respiratory distress at 1 am is never a good way to start the morning.
