ข่าวดีที่เพิ่งมาถึงประเทศไทยเมื่อเช้านี้…ประเทศไทยกำลังจะมีกรรมการ CFA Allbreed คนแรกในประวัติศาสตร์!
จากการประกาศล่าสุด “พี่อิส” อิสริย รัตนะวีรวงศ์ Issariya Rattanaweerawong ได้รับการเลื่อนสถานะเป็น CFA Approval Pending Allbreed Judge นับเป็นชาวไทยคนแรกและบุคลากรจากเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้คนแรกที่ก้าวขึ้นสู่สถานะกรรมการ CFA Allbreed
นับตั้งแต่ The Cat Fanciers’ Association หรือ CFA ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1906 จนถึงปี 2026 ซึ่งครบรอบ 120 ปี เป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่าเส้นทางสู่การเป็นกรรมการ Allbreed นั้นยาวนาน เข้มข้น และท้าทายอย่างยิ่ง โดยเฉพาะสำหรับกรรมการจากเอเชียนอกเหนือจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น
ความสำเร็จครั้งนี้ยังทำให้ประเทศไทยก้าวขึ้นเป็นประเทศและเขตการปกครองแห่งที่ 3 ในเอเชียที่มีกรรมการ CFA Allbreed ต่อจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งมีกรรมการ Allbreed คนแรกในปี 1983 และจีน–ฮ่องกงในปี 2011
พี่อิสเป็นบุคลากรที่อยู่ในวงการแมวมานานเกือบสองทศวรรษ โดยจุดเริ่มต้นของพี่อิสก็คล้ายกับคนรักแมวหลายๆ คน คือเริ่มจากความหลงใหลในแมว การซื้อแมวมาเลี้ยง และการก้าวเข้าสู่สนามประกวดในช่วงต้นทศวรรษ 2010
ในช่วงเวลานั้น งานประกวดแมว CFA ในประเทศไทยยังมีเพียงประมาณปีละ 2 ครั้งเท่านั้น แต่พี่อิสได้ค่อยๆ เรียนรู้ สั่งสมความรู้ และเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์จากทุกบทบาทในวงการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
จากผู้รักแมวและผู้เข้าประกวด พี่อิสได้ก่อตั้งฟาร์ม Sri Sawasdee และเดินทางนำแมวเข้าร่วมประกวด CFA ในต่างประเทศมาแล้วในหลายภูมิภาค ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเอเชีย ยุโรป และสหรัฐอเมริกา รวมถึงงานประกวดใหญ่ประจำปีอย่าง The CFA International Cat Show & Expo
นอกจากบทบาทในฐานะผู้เพาะพันธุ์และผู้เข้าประกวดแล้ว พี่อิสยังได้ก่อตั้ง Sawasdee Cat Club และมีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดงานประกวดแมว CFA ในประเทศไทยอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นประจำทุกปี
เส้นทางจากคนรักแมวคนหนึ่ง สู่ผู้เพาะพันธุ์ ผู้เข้าประกวด ผู้จัดงาน ผู้บริหารคลับ และกรรมการ CFA ฝึกหัด ก่อนจะก้าวขึ้นสู่สถานะ Approval Pending Allbreed Judge ในวันนี้ จึงเป็นผลลัพธ์จากความมุ่งมั่น ความอดทน การเรียนรู้ และประสบการณ์ที่สั่งสมมาอย่างยาวนานเกือบสองทศวรรษอย่างแท้จริง
นี่ไม่ใช่เพียงความสำเร็จส่วนบุคคลของพี่อิสเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งหน้าประวัติศาสตร์ครั้งสำคัญของวงการประกวดแมว CFA ในประเทศไทย และเป็นก้าวใหญ่ของวงการแมวไทยบนเวทีระดับนานาชาติ
การที่ประเทศไทยกำลังจะมีกรรมการ CFA Allbreed เป็นของตนเอง จะช่วยเปิดโอกาสใหม่ให้กับผู้เข้าประกวด คลับผู้จัดงาน ผู้เพาะพันธุ์ และบุคลากรในวงการ พร้อมทั้งช่วยยกระดับบทบาทและการยอมรับของประเทศไทยในวงการ CFA ระดับโลกให้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น

🚨 JUST IN — HISTORIC NEWS FOR THAILAND! 🇹🇭🎉
Wonderful news has just arrived from New York this morning — Thailand is on its way to having its first CFA Allbreed Judge in history!
According to the latest announcement, Issariya “Istzy” Rattanaweerawong has been advanced to the status of CFA Approval Pending Allbreed Judge, making him the first Thai and the first person from Southeast Asia to reach CFA Allbreed judging status.
Since The Cat Fanciers’ Association, Inc. — CFA was founded in 1906, the journey to becoming an Allbreed Judge has been widely recognized as an exceptionally long, rigorous, and challenging one, particularly for judges from Asia outside Japan.
This historic achievement also makes Thailand the third country or territory in Asia to have a CFA Allbreed Judge, following Japan, which had its first Allbreed Judge in 1983, and China–Hong Kong in 2011.
Issariya has been actively involved in the cat fancy for nearly two decades. His journey began much like that of many cat lovers — with a passion for cats, purchasing his first cats, and entering the show halls during the early 2010s.
At that time, Thailand hosted only approximately two CFA cat shows per year. From those early days, he continued to learn, gain experience, and build his knowledge through many different roles within the cat fancy.
From an exhibitor and cat lover, Issariya went on to establish Sri Sawasdee Cattery and travelled extensively to exhibit at CFA shows across Asia, Europe, and the United States, including the prestigious annual CFA International Cat Show & Expo.
Beyond his roles as a breeder and exhibitor, he also founded Sawasdee Cat Club, which has continued to organize CFA cat shows in Thailand on a regular basis year after year.
His journey from a cat lover to a breeder, exhibitor, show organizer, club leader, CFA judge, and now an Approval Pending Allbreed Judge is the result of nearly two decades of dedication, perseverance, continuous learning, and invaluable experience.
This achievement is not only a personal milestone for Issariya. It also marks a significant new chapter in the history of the CFA cat fancy in Thailand and represents a major step forward for Thailand on the international cat-show stage.
Having a Thai CFA Allbreed Judge will create new opportunities for exhibitors, clubs, breeders, and everyone involved in the cat fancy, while further strengthening Thailand’s presence and recognition within the global CFA community.
