Be ready for Arafah!

The Day of Arafah falls on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah.

1. It is the day on which the religion was perfected and Allah’s Favour was completed. (Qur’an 5:3).

2. Fasting on this day expiates sins for the previous and coming year. (Sahih Muslim 1162b)

3. A’ishaؓ reported Allah’s Messenger ؐ saying:

“There is no day when Allah sets free more servants from Hell than the Day of ‘Arafah.”
(Sahih Muslim 1348)
