It can be heard repetitively, but it's better to explain it again.

Something to think about...

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN AVERAGE EXAMPLE AND A QUALITY EXAMPLE?

When you see a photo of a puppy posing, at its best angle, with shiny, strong, flawless fur usually catches the attention of many buyers, but when asking for references and knowing the price of those 50 only 2 are really interested!

The difference between quality and average is investment, even if many people are bothered by the issue of money there lies the difference because behind that great example there was a planning.
A project in mind
A selection of crosses
An investment of time and money
Cares and unveils
Vaccines
Delivery /Caesarian
Progesterone
Premium feeding
So if your intention is to acquire an out of the average specimen, you must know the care that this breed needs, that it is a lifetime investment and that it will not be CHEAP! Why a quality specimen costs from thinking about it until achieving it, so don't haggle the work, don't criticize, don't offer changes, don't ask for puppies for adoption!!! You know if that puppy caught your attention it's because it stood out from the average specimens because someone put all their heart, time and money into it!

IF YOU CAN'T PAY IT, YOU CAN'T KEEP IT!. It's a lot of care that this breed requires...

A breeder for quality is looking ahead long term, to physically and mentally improve the breed. A show enthusiast is looking for more immediate gratification. And "fashion" change in a breed - therefore loosing the essence of the breed type true to standard. You may see top dogs in the show ring that appear beautiful! A wonderful mover! But while within standard, has health problems, bad temperament, problematic bite and bad producer. Should not end up in the ring or be bred. Show organizers should create value by documenting the progress of the pedigree of the winning dogs to see now and then and which dogs make history. What is the point of dog shows? It is supposed to be a venue where breeders can make synergy with other breeders or enthusiasts. Given all the valuable feedback from members I am positive that eventually orginizers will change their direction to make dog shows more meaningful.

The backyard breeders and puppy mills on the other hand only care about the cash. And that's why the breed quality is deteriorating. True breeder do his homework. There is a lot to study and learn about genetics and health. You need to understand what you are doing.

Khaleesi earned 4th Best in Group from Judge Vicky Schneider (of Australia) in the Chow Chow Club, Philippines, Inc. event this weekend, 2024 June 8 to 9. The judge could not resist and included her in the group winners though they say she has gained weight. Her winning virtues among others include beautiful head with triangular vampy dark eyes, broad chest you can see when you are standing in front her, deep rib cage, round cat paws, correct hind legs and front, her set of tail is perfect, smooth and correct movement!

Khaleesi started her career in March 2024. She was awarded 4x the Certificat d'Aptitude au Championnat International de Beauté de la FCI. The only dogs which can be taken into consideration for the CACIB are those which have been awarded "EXCELLENT 1st". A CACIB can only be awarded if the dog in question has been assessed as being of superior quality

Many thanks to Sonny Evangelista for presenting Khaleesi.
