Every year, our boarding slots fill up much faster as the holiday season approaches. Since we only accept a limited number of cats to ensure each one receives the love, care, and attention they deserve, we recommend securing your preferred dates while slots are still available.

A down payment/reservation fee is required to officially secure your cat's boarding slot. Once confirmed, your reservation will be blocked on our calendar exclusively for your furbaby.

📌 NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION POLICY

To ensure fairness for all clients, all reservation fees and payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation, no-show, shortened stay, or any change of plans.

This also applies to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, storms, emergencies, travel delays, or sudden schedule changes.

If you're unable to proceed with your original booking, we can gladly offer a one-time reschedule, subject to slot availability. Your reservation will remain valid for up to one (1) year from your original booking date.
