CARE of Animals Organization Incorporated CARE is taking care of around 200+ rescued stray dogs and cats in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines.

It also helps facilitate providing a FREE spay & neuter program to municipalities to minimize stray dog populations. CARE is non-profit organization with a goal of helping establish or otherwise improve effective means of solution in minimizing the increasing population of stray dogs and cats in the Philippines by implementing spay and neuter and responsible pet ownership awareness to the community in the most humane way, all for the welfare of the animals, the humans, and the environment.
