REUNITED & SAFE! 🐾❤️

We have the best news!
The owner came to our house tonight, not minding the rain with proof of ownership and their own missing posters to claim their beloved fur babies. They are officially back home where they belong!

The best part of this reunion is; one of the found dogs was a lactating mother. Her tiny newborn babies were waiting at home, and now Momma and her babies are now happily reunited and nursing safely.
These rescues are at times dangerous, last night during the rescue we didn't have time to film anything it was emergency, but Chris was out in traffic stopping cars trying to get the dogs and was clipped by a car and a motorcycle. It is always a risk and many times we need to put ourselves in the way to stop traffic to save these animals but in the end like this it is always worth it. As we now know a mother who was needed and almost lost her life! We are soooo happy they are safe and sound with a good caring family that's loves them.

We found 2 sh*tzu at the highway earlier along Quirino Highway of CSJDM Bulacan, they were both soaking wet and dirty when we found them, we had to block traffic to safely contained them coz they almost got hit by multiple vehicles before we were able to come near them.

His Amazing Progress:95% Fur Grown Back: His severe mange is almost entirely gone, and his beautiful coat is nearly full.

Help needed for rescue dog Crash survived a hit-and-run in Caloocan but is in critical condition with severe head trauma. 🙏

Found: Crash was spotted at Caloocan around 3:00 AM.

• She was initially mistaken for dead. As she was approached, later on saw signs of life. She was secured and brought to our home.

First Aid: Because clinics were closed, we cleaned her deep open wound and gave her pain relievers to ease her suffering.

Current Medical Condition & Physical Appearance The Injuries: Crash has a deep open wound with hanging flesh on her forehead, right between her eyes. She is suffering from continuous nosebleeds. There is a visible dent on her forehead from the impact, and her chin is severely swollen.

X-Ray Results: Two views of X-rays show no bone fractures. However, there is a visible abnormality in her nasal area causing the nosebleed.

• She has severe head trauma, and we cannot rule out brain damage yet. Crash cannot stand, is extremely groggy, and is far too weak for surgery. She is a high anesthetic risk; sedation right now could cause her heartbeat or brain function to stop.

She is currently being stabilized so she can safely undergo wound repair surgery later. Today, she received a mainlined IV fluids to keep her hydrated and stable, injectable medications at the clinic and was given a prescribed oral medications: Antibiotics, pain relievers, blood support, and topical cleaning medicines.

EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED - HIT AND RUN VICTIM. 🚨
Deep open wound on the face. 😔💔

As you know last night was a bad night with two lost. Minutes after we lost Fatty we had a message about a hit and run. The reporter drove the dog to us as we were not able to leave at the time. They stayed and helped and didn't want to leave here there alone.
She is in need of sutures and a check up and basic meds she was already cleaned and wound packed until we can get her to the vet in a couple of hours.

If anyone would like to help out we would appreciate it as we are currently drained both financially and mentally.
Anything at all would help and unfortunately this month has seen many rescues and little funding.

UPDATE!!!
Unfortunately we just lost Fatty she is now resting and our sweet little girl is no longer struggling. We will miss our strong brave little Fatty.

Today has been long and hard, we lost Gary and we have been struggling for the last week with a baby "Fatty".
But tonight after Gary passed she took a turn for the worse we have her on oxygen now and in bed with us wrapped up, her heat lamps were too hot for her so we are giving her a break.
We hope she can get her strength back, she is getting subconscious fluids every few hours and her meds.
Unfortunately as all of us who rescues know sometimes no matter how hard we try nothing more can be done.
We have our fingers crossed this sweet little girl who has made us laugh and loves everyone so much will make it through.
Over the last week she has been improving and getting better then tonight she took a turn.
Fatty we hope you can push through and get strong again we all love you baby girl.

Rest in peace, sweet Gary. 🐾

We only rescued Gary on August 15, but in just five short days, he completely stole our hearts. He came to us severely abused, emaciated, and fighting so many silent battles—including severe infections, anemia, and Coronavirus.

Every single day, Gary fought so hard through painful vet visits and endless fluid therapies. But amidst the struggle, we saw his beautiful spirit. We think Gary was just waiting for someone to rescue him. Once he found us, he finally decided he could lower his guard. He enjoyed every single meal, slept nice and cozy, and rested because he knew he was finally safe.

Today, August 20, Gary ended his fight. His body was tired, and he is now resting peacefully, free from any pain.

Our hearts are heavy, but we take comfort in knowing that his last days on earth were filled with full bellies, warmth, safety, and deep love. You held on for us, Gary, and you mattered. Run free, sweet boy. 🕊️💛
