Although she’s only a big puppy herself, Mira recently welcomed 7 beautiful babies to the Tala Family 🥰

And while we are so grateful everyone is healthy and doing well so far, this is not how we wanted things to go.

Unfortunately, resources in Puerto Galera are limited and while we were waiting for Kapon, Mira became pregnant.

Now 1 dog to care for has quickly turned into 8 precious souls who will need proper nutrition to grow, preventative care to stay healthy, and Kapon as soon as they are ready.

But the good news is, Mira and her puppies will join our ⭐️ Bright Start Program ⭐️ so we can ensure these little ones and Mama Mira have the best chance at a long and healthy life.

Follow along with us and watch them grow 🐾😍

“Kairo” means “victorious one” in Arabic.

To prevail.
To be strong.

Kairo is positive for parvovirus - a highly contagious and life-threatening disease.

Today he stopped eating.
He will not survive without treatment.

Please donate so we can save him. Every little bit really does help.

This little 1kg of cuteness needs a name and a foster home 🏠

Any suggestions? Any takers?

We were contacted about a tiny puppy found in Sinandigan 🐾

He is at St. Paul’s for now but he needs a safe and loving foster home to go to.

We cover food, supplies, and medical expenses including kapon and vaccinations for all of our fosters.

All you need to supply is love 💛

Message us if you’re interested in fostering this adorable little guy.

If you can’t foster please consider donating.

If you can’t donate please ❤️ this post, comment, and share with your friends!

Things have been a bit crazy the last two weeks - so crazy we didn't even get the chance to stop and say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to !

MALIGAYANG KAARAWAN, LENG! 🥳

With an obvious love for animals and an interest in medicine, Leng jumped head first into animal rescue and is now a devoted foster mama and dedicated member of our Board of Trustees.

We know that with the heavy rains in Puerto Galera this past week and all the ups and downs of celebrating looked a little different this year...but you are doing amazing things and helping us save lives and we are so grateful that you and Johann are part of our Tala family now! 💛

Cheers to many more birthdays, Leng! Taos-pusong salamat sa lahat ng ginagawa mo!!
