As you can see in the background, that is a derelict construction barracks that is located in Brgy.Looc following the controversial construction of a seawall that costs more than 47M pesos. Allegedly. If only some amount of that money could be used for animal welfare and rights. Abandoned or lost dogs are common in these areas since they offer temporary haven for discarded waste from construction workers and a source of shelter from the weather. Mind you, these three are just puppies.

To your left is Whitey”, female. And to your right is “Big Boy”, male. I named them eventhough ana sila dili pwede aron di ka ma attached but I just had to kay these are my regulars when i go around feeding. Buotan kaayo ni sila duha ug mudalagan dayun padung nako ig makadungog sa motor ug sa ako tingog. As you see, they have collars on. Intentionally abandoned by their owners but still remembers human kindness. The world is cruel to them but we can still make it better.

Been stray feeding since the pandemic started year 2020 around Oslob area, specifically Looc-Lagunde-Poblacion-Daanlungsod-Calumpang. I’m still doing it alone until this very day and admittedly, I kinda need your help dear Oslobanons.

I bravely put up this page today, September 17, 2025 because there are more hungry “Askals/Pusakals & Aspins/Puspins” more than ever, hence the name “Kals & Pins Oslob”. Feeding is all I can do for now and I go above and beyond to find the most hungry ones in and around Oslob but hopefully with your help, kindness, genorosity along with the same compassion as I have, I will be able to not only keep feeding strays but also promote education about co existing with our forgotten but beloved endemic cats and dogs, put together funds to give medicine for skin relief of mangy dogs and manageable vet trips and most importantly; TNRM (Trap-Neuter-Release-Manage) which is a better, kinder, and cost effective way to control stray populations. In God’s will.

I kindly ask for any contribution to help me continue making a positive impact for stray feeding. Your donation will go a long way in supporting my efforts.
