🌱 We're Hiring a Farmhand for Our Thriving Microgreens Farm! 🌱
We're a growing microgreens farm looking for a reliable, independent, and hardworking Farmhand to join our team right away in Ambiong, La Trinidad!

Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Watering, planting, and harvesting microgreens
• Monitoring plants for any health issues
• Cleaning equipment and work areas
• Making deliveries to customers
• Responding to customer inquiries via Business Suite

Who we're looking for:
• Someone who can think on their feet and solve problems independently
• A person who values time and efficiency (we're a fast-growing business!)
• Fluent in English (speaking and understanding)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about plants/farming

Job Offer:
• Full-time position: 9 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Lunch provided daily — on the house! 🍲
• Salary: ₱12,000 per month
• No accommodation (stay-out)

Excellent growth opportunity — this role can evolve into a full-time Farm Manager position!

Our recent trial run on Red Cabbage was successful! 🥳
We will soon be adding it to our menu, so get ready for its crunch and its mild cabbage taste in your salads!

These tiny crops are packing up to 6 times more Vitamin C, 69 times more Vitamin K, and 40 times more Vitamin E than mature red cabbage 💪

We are now taking preorders until the next batches come up regularly 🙂

We are almost back on track after the refurbishment of our production facility! Soon, we will be able to produce more microgreens than ever!
And part of it will be... Red Russian Kale 😍

Rich in vitamins K, C, B6 & A, and also a great source of plant based calcium, lutein, and iron, they are also mild in flavor unlike its mature, grown counterpart.

Cup for cup, micro kale has as much calcium as milk! 💪

We grow red russian kale every week alongside the classic green kale and its cousin; broccoli.

In salads or as garnish, they look great and are a great addition to your dishes!

Our best performer is definitely broccoli! Since we started it has always been our customer's favorite😃
As a garnish or in a salad, broccoli has it all...

• A mild and fresh taste of broccoli 🥦
• Very high levels of vitamins and sulforaphane💪
• Good shelf life ~8 days

Sulforaphane is a compound that is present in high quantity in broccoli microgreens and has shown very good results in slowing cancer cell growth ( https://synergies.oregonstate.edu/2016/sulforaphane-slows-cancer-cell-growth-in-early-stage-breast-cancer/ )
