🚨 URGENT 🚨

We received a report from a concerned citizen tonight that three dogs were captured, bringing the total number of dogs currently in the Kabankalan City Dog Pound to around 11. Eleven lives, suffering and traumatized.

What’s also deeply alarming is that the Kabankalan City Dog Pound page has not been updated for months. During our meeting on August 20, 2025, it was agreed that the Kabankalan City Agriculture Office would make an effort to post updates on ALL captured dogs on this page. Unfortunately, this has not been consistently followed, AMONG OTHER THINGS.

Since we were banned from entering the pound on July 31, 2025, so many dogs have already been killed. These animals are helpless and innocent, and they deserve a chance to live!

We are urgently calling on the public:
• Please consider adopting and giving these dogs a second chance
• Help us spread awareness
• Demand change. We hope our city can implement kinder and sustainable ways in stray management. Change is possible, as proven by other cities and municipalities!
