I’m not quite sure how to put this into words, but my heart has been feeling incredibly heavy lately. It’s hard to scroll through social media and see so much sadness and suffering from all over the world.

Sometimes, I feel like I’m absorbing every bit of it—the mixed emotions, the pain, the struggles of people I know and people I’ve never met. It hurts to watch, and it hurts even more to feel like I can’t do anything to help.

Sending a quiet prayer for peace—for them, and for us.
