𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐, a male mixed breed dog, was observed with a lump on his butt area and experiencing dyschezia since year 2024. He was already suspected to have perineal hernia. His symptoms are managed by occasional e***a and laxative (as opted by owners).

However, this year, his lump was getting bigger and dyschezia was getting frequent.
𝑩𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒂 𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 are then decided to perform on Lambo, our biggest case of perineal hernia, so far. 𝑶𝒏 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒂, 𝒘𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒃𝒍𝒂𝒅𝒅𝒆𝒓, 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔. 𝑶𝒏 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒍𝒆𝒇𝒕 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒂, 𝒘𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐.

Despite the long hours of surgery, Lambo bravely survive and showed great recovery. 𝑩𝒚 𝑮𝒐𝒅'𝒔 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆, 𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒂 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. 😇😍 Now, he is living in the fullest, wagging his tail without the lumpy heavy butt on the way. 🐕😄

PYOMETRA WITH MULTIPLE UTERINE SEROSAL INCLUSION CYSTS IN 9 YEAR OLD CHOWCHOW

Chloe was brought in our clinic on February 11, 2026 with symptoms of tensed abdomen, purulent vulvar discharge, inappetence for almost 2 weeks, pale and emaciated. Her bloodtest results showed severe infection and anemia. Ultrasound showed fluid-filled uterus.

On the same day, Chloe was subjected to surgery. Ovaries and infected uterus filled with pus were removed. Her uterus also have multiple serosal inclusion cysts (the largest we have seen so far👀).

The uterus and cysts that was removed weighed 3 kg, imagine the weight she is enduring for days. 😞

After surgery, Chloe recovered fast and wagging her tail. She regained her appetite 1st day post-op and went home on the second day. She came back 10 days post op; incision fully healed and blood results almost back to normal. ❤️

A truly brave and strong willed patient. We are proud of you Chloe! 😊

Kaori was diagnosed with closed type pyometra and had surgery yesterday, her infected uterus and ovaries was surgically removed.

Despite all the risks and uncertainties, she overcame. 😍
