🩷 This is your daily reminder that just because someone writes something about you online doesn’t mean it’s true. Im not new here 😊 I have been existing in the floral community & space for quite some time now 😅Throwing it back to 2007/2008 when I studied a Botanical course at Unitec & added on a cert in floral design & commercial floristry, I absolutely loved the learning experience and the creative, talented experts who I was taught so much from. Over the past 17 years I spent time working in florist shops, for growers, gardeners, in preschools & have always maintained my floristry skills as a side hustle, passion & hobby ever since. Fast forward to Today, I’m now substantially growing a variety of seasonal flowers & creating floral goodies daily for my community 😊🌸 I come from a long line of farmers, and horticulturalists who are often pretty darn impressed with the quality & quantities of flowers I have produced. My growing experience & floristry skills have come together over the past few years & I have been able to make my own way into this beautiful space & have spent a good chunk of the last x3 summer seasons suppling my stunning blooms to many talented local florists who I am blessed, proud & so so thankful to have been involved with (you gals and guys are all absolutely amazing!). My incredibly wonderful husband has been my biggest supporter, he has held my heart and my hand throughout this, He is the clever one who spent many hours building my lovely vintage inspired flower cart, it gets rolled out daily to the gate entrance of our own property, filled with gorgeous, colourful bunches of my flowers & floral creations with a great big fat sign with my name and logo slapped right on the front! my community has loved it & the support I receive from everyone is so incredible 🥰 There is space for everyone in the field, Im out here just trying to do my thing, on my property, in my own way to my own style,all for my family 🩵Shoutout to my day ones, my community, my locals, my regulars, my followers, my family, my friends, my florists & those driving past my roadside Flower stand who pop in for a look x
