Probably better options for mutual grooming Feather… I don’t think Reginald the Ram is into it as much as you 😬🤷🏼‍♀️🤯😳

Last night I clipped the lead rope on for the first time since the cover came off. I’ve purposefully not restrained Feather and have been working with her at liberty and grooming etc not trapping her. However, I didn’t expect the explosive reaction I got though… she thought it was a snake that had a hold of her. Thank goodness I was able to hang on without either of us coming off second best. We managed to put on our brave pants and do a bit of pressure and release leading before I let her go (which also caused an over reaction). I need to do a bit more desensitising with the rope clearly and go back several steps. She’s quite traumatised from the last time going over the gate. Two steps forward, three backwards. All part of the journey.

So pretty… and most likely a yearling now 😍🥰😍🥰

Was very interesting as within mins of Brandy going in with Feather and after a short wee run around and smell of each other, Feather tried to drink from Brandy and Brandy let her check her out! 😳❤️ Anyone else experience that before? 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ Makes me realise she really is such a wee baby still despite those legs growing like weeds!
