REAL RESULTS. REAL FEEDBACK.
We love hearing how our feeds are making a difference, and this feedback was too good not to share!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Fiber Fresh and Fiber Meadow has been a game changer for our pony.
Despite being on box rest and having very little ridden work, he’s the most sane and well mannered he’s been in a long time — while also holding his weight really well.
I didn’t know much about sugar content or the batch testing that goes into feed before this, but the whole experience has been incredibly educational and helped us work out what feed suits him best.
We even snuck him out to Pony Club Ribbon Day, where he was happy, incredibly well behaved and helped his rider come home Reserve Champion! 💚”

Feedback like this is exactly why understanding what’s actually in your horse’s feed matters.

Congratulations to this awesome little combination!

If you have your own story of how Fiber Fresh has helped you and your pony, please send this to us! We would love to hear all about them!

The grass is growing… so do they still need fibre?

Fresh spring pasture can look like the complete package, but pasture conditions
and intake can change quickly.
Keeping a consistent fibre source in the diet can help maintain routine through
changes in grass, workload, travel and competition.

Fiber Fresh gives you a simple way to keep quality fibre going into your horse —
even when the paddocks are looking green.
🐴
Consistency matters.
🌱
Fibre first.
💚
Feed with confidence.

Is your horse running on empty? 🌾

Picture this.
It's 6am, you've just pulled your horse in from a night in the yard, and you're tacking up for an early ride before work. Breakfast can wait until later… right?

Here's the thing. Your horse's stomach has been producing acid all night, and it doesn't stop just because the feed bin is empty. Horses are designed to graze for up to 16 hours a day, so there's almost always fibre in there to soak up and buffer that acid. Take the fibre away, and the acid goes to work on the stomach lining instead.

Now add exercise. As your horse moves, that acid splashes up onto the sensitive upper part of the stomach, which has very little natural protection. Over time, this is one of the key ways gastric ulcers develop, and it's more common than many owners realise.

The good news?
A little fibre before you ride makes a big difference. A small feed around 20–30 minutes before work forms a protective "fibre mat" that helps keep acid where it belongs.

This is exactly why we created FiberProtect. It's ACVM registered and proven to help in both the treatment and prevention of gastric ulcers in horses, so you can feed with confidence knowing the science stands behind it. For most horses, we recommend a minimum of 2kg per day, alongside plenty of access to forage and no long gaps between meals.

So next time you're heading out for that early ride, give your horse a little something first. Their stomach will thank you. 💚

Has your horse ever dealt with ulcers? We'd love to hear what's worked for you in the comments 👇

Keep the feed the same at shows 🐴🏆

Show season is here, and while it's tempting to switch things up for competition day, your horse's gut would prefer you didn't!

A horse's hindgut is home to billions of microbes that are finely tuned to digest their usual diet. A sudden change in feed, even for a weekend, can upset that balance and increase the risk of colic, loose manure, or a horse that's off their feed.
Travel, stress and change all put extra pressure on the digestive system.

Unfamiliar surroundings, long trips in the float and show-day nerves are plenty for your horse to cope with. Keeping their diet the same during these times gives their gut one less thing to adjust to, which supports better performance on the day and a faster recovery afterwards.

Fibre diversity helps too. Feeding a mix of fibre sources supports a wider range of gut microbes, making digestion more resilient when life on the road gets busy:
🌿 FiberEzy combines timothy and lucerne for a well-rounded fibre blend
🌾 Meadow is made from horse-specific grasses for a natural, grass-based option

Our top tips:
✅ Take your horse's regular Fiber Fresh feeds with you, enough for the whole trip plus a little extra
✅ Stick to their normal feeding times as closely as you can
✅ Keep up a minimum of 2kg per day, which we recommend for most horses
✅ Thinking of adding a new feed to your horses diet? Introduce them gradually over 7–14 days, well before the show

Consistency is one of the simplest ways to keep your horse happy, healthy and ready to perform. 💚
