One more sleep ….

3 Sleeps to go …..
We have lots on offer for our owners, trainers, drivers and helpers.

Starting with each race stake is a min of $11.5k with our cup race being $25k.

Each winning horse will receive a bag of feed for the trainer courtesy of Kristie Hill at Dunstan Horse Feed.

Each winning ownership group will receive a trophy hamper(pictured below) and an owners momento courtesy of Robbie Close.

The club is also putting on a stable BBQ nearing the end of the day run by the wonderful Nigel and Brenda Harness Racing Unhinged

Public holiday so a great day to bring the family and owners along pack your deck chairs and picnics.

First race starts at 3.10pm

Hi team

Noms are out for Amberley on Friday and we are light on noms right across the board, but desperately light in our cup .Noms have been held open until 9am Tuesday morning. We have Addington and Hororata either side of our day which hasn't helped and the rating band for the cup especially is not ideal and I can understand trainers going for the other 2 options where the band is not as restrictive ,but if you do have a horse that's eligible please nominate, it's a great chance to race for a $25,000 stake in what's more than likely going to be a small field, if it gets off the ground . Obviously I'm desperate to hold the cup for the clubs sake and hoping that we can do so . If not ,we'll still have a great race day and looking forward to hosting all of the owners and trainer's involved on Friday.

Nominations for our race day close at 12 noon tomorrow, it’s not to late to have your horse be apart of a great Grass track race day with min stakes of $11.5k and our Rangiora Equine Services ‘Amberley Cup’ of $25k.
