👋 Auf Wiedersehen! 👋
💜 It’s with a heavy heart that I announce the closure of my business of almost 15 years, Mates4Life, effective from Monday 24th February 2025!
🏠 Alice and I have both decided, it’s time to pack up, take our dogs and head back to our home country 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 to spend much needed time with family and friends.
🌸 This decision hasn’t been easy for both of us, but when you know, you know that it’s time to prioritise family and return back to your roots.
💥 When I started the business almost 15 years ago, I had no idea how much it would fulfil my heart and soul with the ‘work’ I was allowed to do every day!
🐕 I’ve met so many beautiful doggies and owners over those years, and boy oh boy, did we share some tears together… Tears of sadness, emotions but also happiness!
I don’t know how many times I said: Damn, I really need some schnapps in the clinic! 🤣
📸 When I look at the ‘dog of fame wall’, my eyes are tearing up because I DO remember every single one of them and I will never ever forget them!
💜 I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your support, loyalty, trust and friendship over all those years! Without you, I wouldn’t have been able to do every day what I absolute love!

💃 I’m very excited what the future holds for Alice and I, but we’re also very very sad leaving all the beautiful dogs and friendships behind…. 😢
🌟I also want to thank Alice for being the best asset to my business and becoming such a great friend!
You knocking on my door, literally 🤣, was the best thing that could have happen to me! I’m so so great full for everything you’ve done for our doggies and also for me! 💜
🥂 To celebrate a last time, we would like to invite everybody on Saturday 22nd February from 11-2pm to the clinic for some final laughs, talking about memories and of course hugs!
