Product Tester of the Week 🐹

Waffles has been busy testing out the double hammock.

The big question is… which layer did she like best? 🤔

She seems to be quite happy testing both, although I suspect she'll need a little more time before she's ready to give us an official verdict. 😂

Someone has to make sure they're comfortable, after all.

A lovely mix of cosy orders heading off to their new homes this week. 💛

A special bunny bed with its matching p*e pad, a fleece liner with matching tunnel and hay bag, plus three hidey hut sets ready to make some little homes extra cosy.

Lots of matching sets, cosy corners and happy little pets to spoil. 🐹🐰

Piggie Spotlight: Hay 🌿

Every four weeks, I load up my poor little car with six bales of hay. Then comes the fun part… trying to get it all back out again! 😂

Hay is a huge part of guinea pigs' diets and is something they should have available all the time. It provides the fibre they need to keep their digestive systems moving and, importantly, the constant chewing helps keep their teeth naturally worn down.

Thankfully, the girls are very appreciative of my hard work… although they have found plenty of other uses for their hay too! 🤭

Eating it — obviously the most important job.

Sleeping in it — because why use a bed when there's a pile of hay?

Wearing it — hay hats are apparently very fashionable. 😂

Camouflage — if I can't see you, you can't see me!

Keeping warm — nothing like a cosy pile of hay on a chilly day.

So while I'm busy wrestling six bales out of the car, the girls are happily enjoying the results.

It's a hard life being a Little Hop guinea pig. 🐹💛

Please have a look through the album when choosing your fabric. Some of the fleeces are limited quantities, so if you have your heart set on one of these, please message me first and I can check how much I have available.

Once a fabric is gone, it may not be available again, so don’t leave your favourites too long!

Piggie Spotlight: Grass Time 🌿🐹

I brought a bunch of new expanding tunnels so the girls can now reach all areas of the back lawn, and they are doing a great job exploring their new setup!

Well… when it's not windy or wet! 😂🌧️
The girls aren't particularly keen on making the long journey down the tunnels when the wind is blowing, so they'll happily wait for a nicer day before venturing too far. I can't say I blame them!

And of course, every important grass-time operation needs a supervisor. Ginger our cat has taken on the very important job of monitoring the tunnel and keeping a watchful eye over the girls.

With Ginger on patrol, I'm sure they are all perfectly safe! 🧡

Rainy Day at Little Hop 🌧️

Rainy days mean one thing here… cosy beds and happy girls tucked up inside.

There’s something so sweet about watching them snuggle in while the rain taps away outside. Even the garden seems a little quieter without their tiny feet running through it.

I think they’re more than happy with their choice today—warm, comfy, and completely content.

Sometimes a rainy day is just an invitation to slow down and rest.
