Sunday with the Girls 🐹💛

When all the other girls had headed inside for a little break, it was just Ginger and Spice left out on the grass.

Ginger was keeping a watchful eye on her little potato friend, while Spice made the most of having the Sunday brunch table all to herself. No interruptions, no competition for the best bits, just a girl and her grass. 😂

And honestly, could this little lady's waddle be any cuter? She has such a sweet little way of toddling around. 💛

Ginger on guard duty, Spice enjoying her brunch. Just another peaceful Sunday... well, peaceful by guinea pig standards!

Piggie Mail this week. 💌

Another little batch of goodies has been heading off to their new homes!

This week's Piggie Mail includes cosy liners, a fleece forest for exploring, a hooded snuggle bed, a hidey hut set and a padded cuddle sack.

So many lovely cosy spots for some lucky piggies to snuggle up, explore and feel right at home!

I hope these little goodies bring lots of comfort and happy moments to their new little owners. 🐹🐾

Sunday with the Girls 🐹

Well, I managed to cause a bit of confusion in the shed today! 😂

I took the girls their afternoon veggies, bucket in hand, expecting the usual excitement. Instead, I was met with very cautious looks and some rather confused little faces.

They definitely wanted their veggies, but something wasn't quite right.

Then I realised... I still had my glasses on from studying!

Now, I only usually wear these on nail-cutting day, so I suspect the girls, and Bubbles in particular, recognised them and immediately started having flashbacks to their last manicure. 😂

There they were, desperate for their veggies but not entirely convinced it was safe to come any closer.

Silly me! I forgot that around here, even a pair of glasses can cause a full-blown guinea pig investigation.

Needless to say, the glasses came off, and normal veggie service was resumed. 🥬

Something new has been happening at Little Hop! 🐹

I’ve been playing around with our C&C grid tunnels and decided they needed a little makeover.

The new style now has a fleece bottom, giving piggies a cosy little floor to run through. Perfect for those who like to push, pull and rearrange their tunnels until they’re exactly where they want them! 😂

And because some piggies believe personal space is very important, I’ve also made an extra-wide version.

Of course, the girls have had to put them through some very serious testing. So far, they seem pretty happy with the changes… although I’m not entirely convinced they understand the concept of leaving things where I put them.

I’m really happy with how they’ve turned out and can’t wait to see what their new little owners think.

So, the important question… regular or extra-wide?

Piggie Mail this week 💌

A few new ideas have been making their way out of the sewing room this week.

There might just be a new twist on one of our favourite tunnel designs heading off to some lucky piggies, along with a few other cosy creations.

I’ve been testing, tweaking and letting the girls have their say too... because apparently they’re very good product testers.

More about the new tunnel tomorrow!

Sunday with the Girls 🐹💛

Sunday has been all about trying some new ideas at LittleHop.

I originally made this corner hammock hidey tunnel for a rat setup, but it turned out so cute that I had to make one for the girls to try too. And they definitely approved!

There was plenty of guinea pig mayhem as they explored all the different ways to use it. There’s plenty of room for three to stretch out, snooze inside or hang out on top.

Muffin decided the top was definitely the best spot though, where she could sit up high and keep an eye on everyone inside.

Belle and Holly were quite happy to lounge around inside, while Muffin took on the role of lookout.

And there are my three beautiful girls, looking far too innocent after all that guinea pig mischief. 💛🐹

Piggie Mail this week 💌

This week has been all about trying some new ideas at Little Hop. 💛

A new Corner Cozy hammock hidey tunnel, a little rat setup, and a wider C&C grid tunnel made their way out to some very lucky little pets. 🐹🐀

It’s always fun creating something a little different and seeing how the finished ideas come together. Hopefully all the new creations have been a hit with their new owners!

Sunday with the Girls 🐹

Today's Sunday with the girls is all about veggies. 🥕🥬

The girls can hear the sound of veggies being cut from what feels like miles away, and the squeals of delight start almost immediately. Then the bucket of treats appears and suddenly it’s a crazy mess of fur, little noses and plenty of noise.

Some of the once shy girls are now climbing all over your shoes to make sure they get first pick!

I love sitting with them and watching them happily devour their snacks. It’s one of those simple little moments that never gets old. They might look innocent, but when veggies are involved, there are no manners and definitely no patience. 😂

And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💛🐹

A lovely mix of cosy Little Hop goodies heading off to their new homes this week.

Some comfy cage liners for a few lucky rats, along with a hidey cube and pillow bed, plus a five-piece cage set ready to make a guinea pig home extra cosy. 🐹🐀

Sunday with the Girls. 🐹💛

After a busy week of working and sewing, it was lovely to slow down today and enjoy some sunshine with the girls.

Nothing better than sitting back, unwinding and watching the girls enjoy a beautiful sunny day.

Sometimes you just need a quiet afternoon with your favourite little ones. 💛
