Barkers Park Boarding Kennels Barkers Park is located north of Christchurch near Kaiapoi Lakes, just off State Highway 1.

It is run by Justin & Petra Sims alongside their two children JJ & Francheska and their much loved ridgebacks, Spike, Nala, Hugo and Layla. Our family and our very knowledgeable, competent and caring staff members pride ourselves on giving a high standard of love and attention to your beloved family member whilst you are away. We all have a huge passion for animals and will care for your pet as we

do our own. We understand that all dogs are different with some requiring special care and attention so we will ensure your pet receives whatever it needs. Between us we bring knowledge, experience and an understanding of being a pet owner.

We have Harley, the choc Labradoodle police, controlling games and play between Millie the Lab X and Buddy the Huntaway X whilst Ruby the Rhodesian Ridgeback is suffering a huge FOMO and waiting for her opportunity to squeeze herself into the play. 🤣
