Willamena has joined the Staffi squad. She had her first adventure with her new friends today, and proved to be, the perfect recruit. Willa loved running fast with Roy and Rosie. She also liked sniffing out delicious aromas with Chilli. Willa was very happy to sit in the back of the van, which was great, as there was no room left up front. Chilli, Bella and Rosie had all squeezed into the front seat. šŸ˜‚

Monty, Golden Retriever, is back in action, without his brother Beau who has an injury. Monty was thrilled to be back riding sh***un in the van. It was a beautiful morning and the dogs loved swimming in the ponds. Jed made a massive splash when he dived in to get the ball. Once claimed he didnā€™t give it up for the rest of the morning. Molly made do with a tennis ball šŸŽ¾. Nala had great fun chasing Monty. Heā€™s not as fast as the other dogs, so she was very pleased with her performance. Molly the Collie put in a couple of running stints. She usually likes to stroll along at the back with Geri, but today she upped her pace. Probably getting in shape for summer.

Luna couldnā€™t wait to have a swim in the pond today. The Hairy Maclary crew went to Oreti Sands and Luna felt that there was some dawdling, that was slowing them getting to the pond. She kept running back and giving the eye to the dawdlers. When we got to the pond, she gave us an exhibition of diving. Three beautiful dives that were worth all the faffing about. Buster misjudged the water depth and was finding it difficult to get out. He was glad of a helping hand. He could have paddled about a metre to his right, where the bank was lower. But he was determined to get out where he was. Dog logic!

The Lab Ladā€™s enjoyed a beautiful morning out on their adventure. It will take a while for us to not miss Buddy.

Gus celebrated his 7th birthday today. Happy Birthday Gus šŸ„³šŸŽ‚šŸŽ. He brought along a goodie bag for everyone in Gussieā€™s gang. He posed for a lot of photos with his crew. They had a fun filled afternoon together and then went home with a bag of treats. šŸ˜ƒšŸ˜ƒ. Happy pooches.

Lottie was very pleased to get her swim in today. She loves a bit of pond time. It put a smile on her face for the rest of the morning. Oscar and Freddie, once again teamed up with Goldie and Winnie, to bark at a tree that smelled of possum. It took a bit of convincing, that the possum was long gone, before they would carry on with their patient crew. Chilli likes to keep things moving. The faster, the better, so he can get back to his favourite activity, riding sh***un.
