They’ve been struggling with similar arousal and conflit based behaviours, where excitement + frustration quickly tips into seeking conflict.

The focus of these sessions is building clear communication and training without conflict, helping her learn how to regulate herself in high arousal moments. We also made some adjustments to how they play, setting things up in a way that helps her work through those arousal challenges in a healthier way.
