We have been busy filming for the website this week and are very grateful to our local animal organisations for working with us as we demonstrate the real breadth of animal species that Leucillin is suitable for.

First up, a huge thank you to Dorset Hedgehog Rescue for sharing their routines with their hedgehogs. 🦔🦔🦔

Leucillin is a very kind option for wildlife rehabilitation. After use, it simply breaks down into a harmless saline that is safe for both the animal and the environment. Leucillin is safe in eyes and suitable for fungal skin issues so is a great fit for every wildlife rescues first aid kit.

Keeping Leucillin happy!

The purple bottle is not just an awesome colour, it is there to offer UV protection for the solution. Always keep your Leucillin in its original packaging and out of direct sunlight. As long as the solution is clear and it smells of swimming pool then it is active.

Excessive heat will denature the active ingredient so watch out for leaving a bottle in a car on a hot summers day or next to a heat lamp. Cool and dark is ideal but remember to smell the solution if you are not sure. Swimming pool = still active.

Leucillin is a must have in every lorry and first aid kit for anyone involved in equine pursuits. It is gentle, effective and contains only what is already found naturally in your horse’s body. There are no prohibited substances to worry about. That means it’s competition safe, including under FEI and Jockey Club rules.

From everyday knocks and scrapes to quick clean ups on the go, Leucillin gives you peace of mind that you’re always prepared 💜
