💔 Three tiny kittens. One last chance.
They were born premature and abandoned by their mother. Sadly, two of them died before they could reach the hospital.
The last one arrived extremely weak—barely holding on. But then something happened that broke my heart.
With its tiny paws, it held onto the veterinarian’s gloved hand and syringe, almost as if it was saying:
“Please… don’t give up on me.” 🐾💔
As veterinarians, we sometimes face cases where we already know the prognosis is very poor. We know the odds are against us.
But then you look at that helpless little body fighting to stay alive… holding onto your hand as if asking you to help.
And suddenly, you try one more time.
Because sometimes, they don’t need us to promise that they’ll survive.
They just need us to try. ❤️🐱
