At Pawsome Pups Grooming Salon, our goal is to provide a safe, stress-free, one-on-one grooming experience for every pet. To ensure we can continue offering the highest level of service, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow the policies below.
Appointment & No-Show Policy
* Clients must arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.
* Single-dog appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and rescheduled.
* Multi-dog appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late will be canceled and rescheduled due to the additional time required.
* Clients who no-show an appointment without notice will be charged. After one no-show occurrence, future no-shows will result in a charge equal to the full grooming service.
Pick-Up Policy
* Once you receive your pick-up text, we ask that your pet be picked up within 20 minutes.
* If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
* Timely pick-ups help us maintain our one-on-one grooming schedule and ensure a smooth transition for all appointments throughout the day.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* Single-dog appointments require a minimum of 24 hoursโ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Appointments involving two or more dogs require 48 hoursโ notice.
* Cancellations made outside of the required notice period will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service for the first occurrence.
* A second late cancellation will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
Vaccination Policy
* All pets must be current on their rabies vaccination.
* Proof of rabies vaccination must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
* If proof is not received, the appointment will be rescheduled.
Matting Policy
* Matted coats require additional time, care, and attention and may result in additional grooming charges.
* In cases of severe matting, shaving may be necessary to safely and humanely remove the coat.
* We ask that clients notify us when booking if they know their pet is matted so that appropriate time can be reserved.
Flea Policy
* If fleas are discovered during the grooming appointment, clients will be notified immediately.
* For the health and safety of all pets in our care, grooming services may be discontinued until the pet has received appropriate flea treatment.
* We recommend consulting your veterinarian regarding flea prevention and treatment options.
Senior & Medically Fragile Pet Policy
* The safety and comfort of senior pets are always our top priority.
* Please inform us of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, heart conditions, respiratory issues, or recent health changes prior to the appointment.
* Grooming services may be modified, shortened, or postponed if we believe continuing would place undue stress on the pet.
* We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue grooming services if doing so is in the petโs best interest and safety.
